At URBAN EQUESTRIAN, we take great pride in offering fine quality and expert craftsmanship in all of our products. Attention to details, design, materials, and safety is our top priority. We carefully inspect each order prior to shipment. Once you receive your shipment we urge you to please inspect your purchase and notify us immediately of any discrepancy.

REPLACEMENTS
In the event of receiving a damaged item we will arrange for a prompt replacement within 7 days of purchase. We offer free shipping for replacement items. Damaged items must be returned prior to being replaced.

RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase in new condition with original packaging for a refund of the purchase value within 30 days of purchase.

Final sale on items discounted 25% or more.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
You can begin the return process online by contacting our customer service center at service@urban-equestrian.com, or by calling customer service directly at 805-845-9050. Just indicate the reason for the return and if you prefer a replacement or merchandise credit. For damaged or defective merchandise we will send a link for you to print a pre-paid UPS shipping label to bring to a UPS drop-off location.

Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping.
